Functionality Designed for one (1) or two (2) users. Intended to strengthen and build the shoulders and back.
Sets and Reps Beginners: 1 set of 15 repetitions
Intermediate: 1 to 2 sets of 12 repetitions
Advanced: 2 to 3 sets of 15
Instructions 1. Sit facing away from the machine; place your back firmly against the seat. Extend arms up and grab the handle bars.
2. Slowly pull the handles down (until even with shoulders).
3. Return the unit to the original position!
4. That was one repetition.
