Sets and Reps Beginners: 1 set of 8 to 12 repetitions
Intermediate: 1 to 2 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions
Advanced: 2 to 3 sets of 12 to 18 repetitions
Instructions 1. Sit facing the machine; place your back firmly against the seat, your arms holding the handles, and your feet on the foot pegs.
2. Pull on the handles and move back.
3. Push on the handles and stretch forward.
4. That was one repetition.
